Acupuncture
Holistic Intake | Acupuncture
Acupuncture involves the insertion of sterile needles into specific body points, which act as conduits for energy (Qi) circulation. The movement of Qi moves blood, body fluid, and other vital resources to areas of need and away from areas of blockage. The goal of acupuncture therapy is to adjust the body back to a state of homeostasis.

Chinese Herbalism
Herbal therapy | Dietary recommendations
Chinese herbs are natural substances, primarily plant-based, designed to promote the natural physiological functions of the body. Cooked together to create an herbal “formula,” these herbs are used to reinforce treatment between sessions and fortify any deficiencies. Herbs purchased separately.
Food is medicine. Through the lens of Chinese medicine, foods have distinct energetic properties depending on thermal nature (cool, cold, warm, hot, and neutral) and taste (sweet, pungent, salty, sour, bitter). Dietary recommendations are given according to your specific presentation, symptoms, and current season.
